You can't watch your kids, do household chores, etc and do this at the same time. You have to dedicate your entire shift to the job, which was not an issue for me, but was for coworkers with children. Scam artists have been falsely recruiting employees for Alorica, sending fictitious offer letters and giving instructions to pay for work equipment and/or other recruiting fees. To be clear, Alorica does NOT ask potential employees to pay for any expenses related to the recruitment process.
